With this code, our office can issue and apostille a new certificate. The client can also directly issue the criminal record certificate via the \u201cRegisto Criminal Online\u201d platform, as long as they have a <strong>Citizen Card<\/strong> or <strong>Digital Mobile Key<\/strong>. This is the fastest and most economical option.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option 2 \u2013 Authorization Declaration<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If the client does not have a certificate with an access code, the lawyer will need to request the document in person. For this, a signed <strong>authorization declaration<\/strong> and a copy of the passport will be required. <strong>We draw up the declaration <\/strong>for the client to sign. All you have to do is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">send your details<\/span> and a copy of your passport.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Request the Certificate via Registo Criminal Online?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Go to the \u201cRegisto Criminal Online\u201d website, log in with your <strong>Citizen Card<\/strong> or <strong>Digital Mobile Key<\/strong>, fill out the form, and pay the applicable fee. If you can issue it online, you should choose <strong>Option 2<\/strong> (authorization declaration).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Check the Certificate via Registo Criminal Online?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Anyone can check the certificate online using the <strong>access code<\/strong> on the document. The lawyer can use this code to access and print the certificate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Public Service Fees<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The Portuguese government charges the following fees: <br \/><br \/>\u2013 Issuance of the criminal record certificate: <strong>\u20ac5<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 Apostille of the certificate: <strong>\u20ac10.20<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aditional Expenses<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In addition to public fees, the client should consider: \u2013 Office fees for the service;<br \/>\u2013 Shipping costs by mail (e.g., DHL).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Document Delivery<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A shipping quote will be requested from the postal service, and the price will depend on the weight and destination. The client will receive a <strong>tracking code<\/strong> to follow the delivery.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If you do not yet have the online-issued <strong>criminal record certificate<\/strong>, we can issue it for you. Additionally, we can apostille the certificate and send it to your address by mail.
